Are you having a difficult time regulating your emotions, managing relationships, or identifying your goals?
This 24 week group includes the full DBT skill set of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and middle path skills. We will teach you skills to identify and regulate emotions, decrease problem behaviors, gain and maintain healthy relationships, identify goals, and build a life worth living.

DBT for Emotional Eating Group
Do you turn to food when you feel anxious, upset, stressed, or mad? Do you ever find yourself mid-way through a binge and not know how it happened?
We will teach you practical skills for managing your emotions so that you stop relying on food and binge eating or overeating to cope. In this 20-week adapted DBT group, you will learn to increase awareness of urges to binge or overeat, how to sit with difficult emotions, strategies to stop unwanted emotions, ways to decrease your overall emotional vulnerability, and more! This group serves as a standalone treatment and is appropriate for adults age 18+.

DBT Multi-Family Skills Group
Would you like to improve communication in your family and spend more pleasant time with your teenager?
During this 24-week group, your child will learn skills to help manage their emotions so they do not engage in problematic behaviors to cope. We will teach them skills to identify and regulate emotions, decrease problem behaviors, gain and maintain healthy relationships, and identify goals. You and your child will also learn skills to validate yourselves and others and to apply rewards and consequences appropriately at home.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group (MBCT)
Do you worry about depression coming back? Would you like to learn more about mindfulness?
MBCT is an evidence-based treatment used to help prevent depression from coming back and to help people experiencing chronic unhappiness. In this 8-week MBCT group, we will teach you how to change your relationship to challenging thoughts and how to participate more fully and non-judgmentally in the present moment. You will learn to increase your awareness of small pleasures around you, reduce focus on the past and future, and more!
